A 2003 DeKalb High School graduate, Kami earned her Nail Technician Certification in California in 2013, at the top of her class. She became licensed and returned to Indiana. 

 She and her husband decided in March of 2018 to begin the journey of opening Aqua Luna Nail Spa.

Aqua Luna Nail Spa officially opened in October of 2018.
